Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Precise Automation 330970 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Process-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prima parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pressco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Process-Automation such as the 1159210912V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 054255102 manufactured by Prima and we are pleased to be able to service most Prima systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ALTML494VO by Manufacturer Pressco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Protech Brand SP18XDPC15EC3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pri-Automation such as PB25349LO1 equipment made by Pri-Automation have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available IO205071 made by Prometec as well as the popular MVI46HART original spares produced by Prosoft

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P80000057TBW1 by Profiline and PB25349LO1 spares by Pri-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
